オーナーのUlises Valdez（ウリセス・バルデス）はメキシコの生まれ。Mark Aubertの元で畑のマネジャなどを勤め，ついに自分のワイナリを持つに至りました。RosenblumにWine of the YearをもたらしたRockpile RoadのZinfandelやSauvignon Blanc，Pinot Noirを作っていくそうです。
