Russian River ValleyのPinot Noirイベント「Pinot on the River」が今週27～29日に開かれます。内容は盛りだくさんですが，なんといってもメインは日曜日のGrand Tastingでしょう。Kosta Browneなど人気ワイナリが大集結です。

PinotもいいけどZinもいいよね，って人はHealdsburgで開かれる「Meet the Growers: Jack Florence of Rockpile Road
Vineyard, Rockpile」に注目。昨年のWine Spectator誌Wine of the Yearで注目を集めたRosenblumのRockpile Road。その畑の持ち主と会えます。場所はRosenblumのテイスティング・ルーム。


ちなみに日本では27日にウエスティンホテル東京でカリフォルニアワイン グランド・テイスティングが。ひまだったら顔を出したいのですが，昨今の状況では無理そう。
