ナパ・ヴァレーのワイン業界団体Napa Valley Vintnersは2011年1月26日，同団体の日本代表として白須知子さんを任命したと発表しました。白須さんは米国ワインエデュケーター協会（Society of Wine Educators）の日本支部広報部長も勤められているようです。

就任に際して白須さんは
"I feel very proud and excited to represent the Napa Valley Vintners in Japan and to conduct activities to encourage Japanese trade and consumers to better understand the value of Napa Valley and to offer them more opportunities to enjoy wines from Napa Valley"

とコメントしています。

今後の活動に注目したいですね。
