The 2005 Pinot Noirs also showed well, with the 2005 Pinot Noir Zio Tony Ranch dark ruby with notes of pomegranate, sweet and sour cherries, a hint of spice, and a medium to full-bodied, concentrated palate. This wine (585 cases) should age nicely for up to a decade.

いつも書いていますが，マルティネッリのピノは人によって好き嫌いが結構分かれます。濃いピノが好きな人ははまりますが，エレガントなピノが好みの人はやめておいた方が無難です。それから，カリフォルニアのピノとしては長熟型で，リリース直後より4～5年経ってからの方がおいしく飲めます。そのあたりも納得できる人にはいい買い物でしょう。
